Ooma, Inc. Announces Secondary Offering by Certain Stockholders

Palo Alto, CA - Thursday, January 12th, 2017

Ooma, Inc. (NYSE: OOMA), a smart communications platform for small businesses and consumers (the “Company”), today announced that certain of its stockholders, consisting of entities affiliated with Worldview Technology Partners, intend to offer shares of the Company’s common stock for sale in an underwritten secondary offering (the “Offering”). The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. 

Worldview Technology Partners has engaged B. Riley & Co., LLC, to act as the sole underwriter for the Offering.
