How do I update my Ooma Smart Cam?

Our engineering team releases new security camera software updates from time to time. These updates are always free and you are alerted on your smartphone. 

To update your camera software, simply press the "camera software up to date" button located in the camera detail page (the "gear" icon on the top right corner of the app). 

Note: If the "camera software up to date" button is grayed out, your camera is already up-to-date with the latest software. 

Note: Please start software updates only when your device is plugged into power or when your camera has more than a 50% battery charge.
