How can I download a captured timeline event video from the Ooma Smart Cam app?

Downloading captured timeline events from the Ooma Smart security cam app is a simple and easy process. Just follow these instructions: 

1. Tap the three dots on the right side of the desired video clip and select the option to share or download the video. You will see a message that says, “Your Timeline Video is getting ready to download."

2. Tap the three dots again and once again select the option to share or download the video. If the video is ready for download, you will see a sharing and download popup.

3. Tap the "Save Video" option to download the video to your device. If this is your first time downloading a video, the app will ask for permission to access your photos. Once you have granted this access, the video will be saved to your device's downloads folder.
